Amy Millar is a passionate advocate of health, wellness and movement. 

She is a Vegan Nutrition Consultant, Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Energetic Healer that currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Amy’s passion for health and fitness resulted in a 1st place Bikini Championship victory with NPC.  She was featured on “The Vegan Body Revolution show”, has been a guest chef on “Lunch Break Live with Jane Unchained” and can be seen on the upcoming documentary “How to go Vegan in 10 Easy Steps.”  Amy participated in NBC’s Radius Fitness project and has been published in several online blogs and interviews including Diesel Discourse with columnist Grace Kavadlo of BodyBuilding.com. 

Amy has worked with a variety of clients ranging from busy stay at home moms to high profile business executives.  She has several accreditations in fitness training, group training and dance instruction.  She has obtained her 500+HR Yoga Alliance Training through Authentic Movements, taught by Steph Gongora and Erin Kelly in Costa Rica.  Amy has received certification in “Plant Based Sports Nutrition” with Brendan Brazier at Matthew Kenney Culinary and is a graduate of The Metabolic Mastery Intensive with Dr. Brooke Goldner and Thomas Tadlock. 

Amy has achieved a Master Reiki Healing certificate and helps clients to release anxiety, stress and energetically realign through a number of alternative healing modalities.  Healing sessions include breath work, vibrational sound therapy, crystal grids, aromatherapy and intuitive hands on healing techniques.

Amy has successfully helped many individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.  She currently has ongoing client collaborations with speaker, author and host of “The Vegan Body Revolution Show, Thomas Tadlock.  She also works as the team Nutrition Consultant alongside international celebrity trainer, public figure and founder of the JJ Dancer Method, Jennifer “JJ” Johnson.

 Amy intends to reach as many people as possible through multiple platforms, in an effort to improve the overall wellbeing of Humans, Animals and the Planet on a physical and energetic level.  To consistently elevate our collective consciousness and raise the planetary vibrations.
